Swedish Massage

Relaxing and calming, Swedish Massage is one of the most common types of massage. Light, gentle strokes are performed to energize the body and improve overall health.

Myofascial Release
Myofascial release therapy is a type of gentle, constant massage that releases tightness and pain throughout your myofascial tissues. This therapy helps reduce tension throughout your body by releasing trigger points across a broad section of your muscular system.

  • Improves movement and flexibility.

Neuromuscular Therapy

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) is a very specialized form of manual massage therapy. This is a form of soft tissue massage that aims to alleviate chronic muscle and nervous system disorders and problems.

Hand and Foot Massage

Complimentary Enhancements
 

Aromatherapy
The use of essential oils from plants for healing. Aromatherapy is thought to work by stimulating smell receptors in the nose, which then send messages through the nervous system to the limbic system — the part of the brain that controls emotions. May be used in a diffuser, in your hot towels and/or in your massage oil.
Hot Stones
The use of Hot Stones can be used to ease deep into the muscle layer to erase tension held in the body. Smooth, flat, heated stones are used on specific parts of your body.
Hot Towels
Warmth is such a unique and healing quality. The use of hot towels provides comfort, and relaxation, making you feel special and pampered. Hot towels help to calm the nervous system, dilate the vascular system, and soften the tissue by reducing tension.
